November 10th 2014 - our lives turned into a whirlwind with the arrival of our son, Elias. He came 1 month early; Eunice had to go through an emergency c-section. His jaundice was quite a struggle for us as we had to go to the polyclinic every week to check on the levels. Thankfully, the doctors cleared him after his 1st month. When I first held him, it felt really weird to be holding up this life in my hands and caring for him. It felt almost surreal. After a while, I forget that he is only an infant. It’s like as though he has been with us for a long time. Many people asked how does being a father feel, I usually do not know how to answer. But I can never imagine our future without him.

Waiting for Elias' arrival.

A fake alarm, one that made us realise Elias will be coming very soon

Finally, Elias arrives. He cried really loudly, I think he still wanted to stay in mommy's womb
